e-Maze policy
e-Maze operates within the aims of the Citizens Advice Bureau Service. These aims are:

  • to ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them or through an inability to express their needs effectively; and equally,
  • to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally.

Equal Opportunities Policy
The CAB service is committed to equal opportunities for all. Everyone involved in the service is committed to the CAB’s Equal Opportunities Policies. This includes the commitment to taking positive action to achieve the effective implementation of the policies.

The equal opportunities policies aim to ensure that excluded groups and those facing discrimination feel welcome within the CAB service and feel able to use and contribute to its services.
